You walked off the plane and called over your shoulder "I have someone I need to see Hotch, I'll catch up!" you ran off, so he didn't have time to say no. Hotch took a deep breath, knowing you couldn't hear him and no amount of threatening would work on you.
"Reid, can you go follow him?" Hotch asked, more out of concern for you than anything. He didn't want you getting in trouble again , especially by yourself. He nodded and walked off, genuinely curious about it himself. His purple converse treaded across the pavement, to see you get into an SUV. He got in the one next to it, and waiting a few moments before pulling out to follow you. You never let the team know your past, and were determined to keep it that way. You hadn't told anyone this was your hometown, or where you were going. You let your thoughts cloud the car, making it hard to think about anything else.
When you park the SUV on the side of a familiar road, and step out, and looking at the house across the way. You look the house side to side, up and down, and took a deep breath. "Still looks the same. The bastard probably still lives there." It had the same emptiness it had when you lived there. You doddle up to the door, knocking thrice.
"Hello? Who are you?" A man who looked more than slightly disheveled answered through the crack that the chain lock let him open.
"FBI, may I come in?"
"Uhhh, sure, please do." He closed the door, before sliding the chain down and opening it again, letting you walk in and sit down. "You seem familiar, do I know you? Wait...(Girl's Name)? Is that you? You seem so different. Do you still have those scars I gave you?" He gave a big smirk, remembering the beatings he gave you growing up.
"Actually, it's (pick a guy's name please). And I'm not your daughter, I'm your son."
"Reeeaalllyy?" he drawls out. "Because the way you used to cry, you seem more like a sissy to me," that god damn smirk never leaving his face.
"Yeah, but you forgot one thing." You snarled.
"Which is?" He quirks an eyebrow. You stand, looking down into his eyes, as he was still sitting. He stands, making you look up You shove your hands in your pockets, and walk up to his face, poking his chest.
"That I ain't afraid of you no more. No reason to be. I have a good job, a job that is my family, a job where I do great, and they never once questioned if I was a guy or not. And you, well you ungrateful bastard are out of my life" you walk into his space, face shoved into his, never breaking eye contact, making him step back. "And without you in my life, you know what? I'm happier, I'm more confident, and I can finally be who I am without ridicule" You start getting louder. You poke your finger harder into his chest. "And now that I can be who I am, I don't worry what will happen when I get home. I don't worry that I won't be accepted by my own father, I don't worry that the fucking bastard who calls himself my father will be drunk on his ass when I get home at 3 in the fucking afternoon. And because I stopped worrying, I stopped being that sissy that you know. Because I'm not a sissy, I am a man who isn't scared of the bastard he grew up with anymore." You were baring your teeth like a dog. You had your face a mere inch from his, before letting your heels fall back down, letting yourself become shorter. "Oh, and if you attack me now, I have a gun that I can claim self defense on." You patting your gun holster on your belt before turning on your heels, and walk towards the door when he calls after you.
"(Girls name), you're still that little fucking brat I beat because she wasn't good enough" Your lips tighten into a thin line, and your jaw clenches, but you walk out the door, not turning back. You notice Reid in a car across the street, but you pay him no mind as you start the SUV, going to a bar for a quick beer.

You find your way to the police station an hour later, now feeling better about "resolving" the situation. At least he can't hurt you anymore.
"(Guy's Name), where'd you go pretty boy?" Derek tilted his head slightly. "We missed you at introductions. You normally never miss those."
"I had to resolve some loose ends with someone." you say simple, tone flat.
"If you say so" He said before getting the map out to show you where things were. Reid came in 5 minutes later with a worried look on his face. You averted your eyes when he looked at you, giving even more confidence to him that he knew what you were talking about; he heard most of it, thanks to open windows and some interpretation and little lip reading on his part. Once you had started putting some tacks on the map, Reid grabbed your wrist, pulling you aside.
"Reid, let go" you hissed at him. You tried to pull away gently, only to feel his grip tighten.
"No, because you won't talk about it any other way, 'It' being that A, you're a transgender, and B, you used to be abused. I want to know why you didn't trust me. I'm always here for you." you let out a shaky breath, deciding he should know. He only meant well, after all.
"I never brought up the transgender thing because I don't feel transgender, I feel like a male, and I look like one. I don't like saying it, I'd rather people just know me as a guy, than hear I was a female, and address me as such. As for the abuse, I never told anyone, it's nothing personal, I promise. Just never bring it up anymore. And if you're transphobic, let it out now, so I at least know, it doesn't hurt me anymore"
"No, I'm not. I'm very accepting of sexualities and gender orientations, as is everyone here. I just wish you trusted us enough to tell us. It explains several things we couldn't quite piece together, but everyone here will still call you family. Hotch is like a mama bird, he'll protect you 'till he's dead, and keep protecting you after that. And me? I'm here if you need anyone to talk to. Okay?" he gave your wrist a firm squeeze and looked at you with those bambi eyes that made you melt.
"Yeah, okay" He smiled, hugging you, even though you don't like hugs, but you hugged back anyway.
"I'll let you get back to work, but still, I'm here. Do you want to tell the team? Or do you want me to?" you thought for a second and smiled.
"I'll do it on the plane ride back"

Criminal Minds Preferences - How he asks you out
Aaron Hotchner:
"Hello, Mr Hotchner", you greet the FBI agent. He smiles and puts the cage on the table. "I hope you're alright", Aaron answers friendly. "I'm fine thanks. Speedy seems to be okay. Only one or two weeks then Jack has a few new companions", you explain with a grin. "He's very excited and can't wait", Aaron replies. You just nod. An awkward silence is between you and him. No one knows what to say. "Alright. Maybe I'll see you, Speedy and the little hamsters again", you break the ice. "Yes. I hope so", he answers and leaves the room. You sigh and feel somehow alone. Spencer Reid x Reader: Be Yourself
Today, you were meeting Dr. Spencer Reid at your coffee shop. You had seen a picture of him, and he was pretty cute. The bell rung, signaling that someone had entered the shop. And there stood the Doctor.
"Hey, Spence! It's me, [Your Name]." You were cleaning up a little.
"Hi, [Your Name]. Wow, you're.. More beautiful in person." He was already making you blush. What a cute guy.
"Thank you, Spencer. So, would you like some coffee? I was just about to close it down."
"Sure, um.. Do you have anything sweet? Other than yourself?" Was he trying to pick you up? If so, then it was working.
"Aren't you a sweet talker? Okay, I'll bite. Yes, we sal

Home Pt. 2 (Criminal Minds x Teen!Reader)
You silently cursed yourself for waking up early. Stupid internal alarm clock.
The smell of coffee was evident in your room, meaning Aaron was up, but no giggles, suggesting that Jack was still asleep. Deciding to get up, you roll over to see the time on your actual, non-internal alarm clock; 6:42. Ew. Making your way down stairs, the smell of coffee is more evident along with burnt toast.
“Good morning,” Aaron looks up at you as you sit at the dining table.
“Morning” you mumble staring intently at the table.
“Have a good sleep?”
“It was fine,” you shrugged. Silence passed until he finally
